| Unfortunately, this site was a good one but then they cleared everyone with free accounts, even ones who had sent an email. They did it without even giving anyone time to download their files to switch. So unfortunately, I give them a one. |

Their server has been down for 3 days now...all data deleted and no backups, and to make it worse they would not return the money for the service I paid for in advance!, they say are putting in new equipment to avoid this in the future, but I wouldnt trust them, even with the incentives to stay (1 mo free and 2x storage/bandwidth) they were way behind on bandwidth, storage and service..try Powweb, Lunarpages, or even bluehost for better service!"

| HORRIBLE! I canceled and they kept charging me for 2 years. Uptime not too great. sometimes others websites would show up on mine when I typed my URL in. AWFUL! They are cheap for a reason. And tech support was horribly rude! |

| 247-host was incredibly helpful in helping me get my account set up and running. I had dealt with numerous other hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then refused to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them. I do not remember to have any issues related to uptime or lazy customer support or any thing else in my 5 months experience with them. What amazes me is that they are surely one of the lowest cost hosting service providers in the industry. |
